Redeem Point Claim-Partner Web

Important Information

 You must have made the purchase or taken the offer of the partner’s products , which are shown in our Partner Shops and framed with green colour (diagram 1)  on partner’s web site through Redeem Point Club‘s web , www.rpoint.com.hk, in order to claim for points. You cannot claim for purchases made directly or through other channels.

 False claims will lead to the cancellation of your membership of Redeem Point Club.

After you have purchased from our partner’s web site which is linked to our web , you need to claim your points on our web site. To be eligible for rewards, you must claim within 30 days of making the original purchase. If you do not claim, you will not receive any points at all.

When should I claim for my points?

You can claim for rewards immediately after you have made your purchase. You must claim within 30 days of the purchase. This means within 30 days of the original transaction, for example, when you placed and paid the order, received the goods, or service.

Your new claim record will be removed from the system 30 days after your purchase or transaction.

How do I earn points from online Shopping?

A few important things to remember:

  • Enable cookies in your web browser
    Cookies are an integral part of the Redeem Point Club reward system. If you do not have cookies enabled in your web browser, you may not be eligible to earn reward points.
  • Click on Redeem Point Claim (Partner Web) button
    You must visit Redeem Point Club reward system and use the Redeem Point Claim (Partner Web) button (diagram 2) each and every time you intend making a purchase. If you don't, you will not be eligible for reward points.

 

It is very important that you use the Redeem Point Claim (Partner Web) button immediately, not more than 10 minutes, before you make your purchase from the our partner’s web site which is linked to our web. You must click the button then make the purchase within one browsing session.

If you do any of the following between clicking the Redeem Point Claim (Partner Web) button and making your purchase, you may not be eligible for points:

  • Click through to the same online shop from a different shopping directory or shopping comparison website;
  • Click on a banner advertising the same online shop;
  • Close your web browser window;
  • Turn off your computer;
  • Wait too long (for example, more than an hour between when you click the button and when you complete your purchase);
  • Use the same email address
    As you make your purchase online on our
    partner’s web site , use the same email address that you have registered with Redeem Point Club. This can help us to track your purchase in the event that there is a problem with your rewards claim.
  • Record your order number
    After you make your purchase, you should keep a record of your receipt, invoice or order confirmation number. This number will be needed when you are claiming for your rewards.
  • Claim for your rewards
    Once you have made a purchase through
    partner’s web site, you need to claim your rewards using the transaction details.

What must I do for claiming for my points?

When you purchase from a partner’s web site through our web site, you have to claim for the points according to the following steps, otherwise, you will not receive any points at all.

Step 1   Ensure you are signed in, then click in either the Redeem Point Claim (diagram 3) of My Account or the Redeem Point Claim (Partner's Web) of Earn Point.

Step 2 In the web page with ' Claim Rewards’ heading on the left, all the previous three month records of your claim request history should be listed. Once you have found the record that matched with your made purchase with our partner, click on Claim (diagram 4);

Step 3 Enter the transaction details such as order/invoice number, purchase date, invoice amount, brand and product name (diagram 5); You should double check that the information you enter is correct. There have been a number of cases where the member supplied incorrect information when claiming, and thus the claim was rejected. After double check, click Submit Claim. After receipt of your claim, you must wait for the partner to process your claim. This may take normally within 60 days, so please have patience. The successful points claim will be shown in your Redeem Point Balance (diagram 6).

Please note that any deliberate false claim will lead to the immediate cancellation of your membership.

 

Reward points will not be issued in relation to a cancelled or unpaid order.

 

If you find any request records not useful, you can remove such records from the list by simply cling the Remove button

 

How do I give feedback on Redeem Point Claim?

You can at any time to send us your message in respect of your claim by clicking the Enquiry button (diagram 4). You can then prepare a message of not more than 500 characters and the Send Enquiry button. Our customer service officer will make response quickly to your message

You can only submit enquiry if you have made a successful and complete purchase from a partner.

What do the claim statuses mean?

Claim statuses are used to indicate the progress of your claim.

Claim Status

Status Description

New

This is a new entry that is awaiting either claim or cancellation.

Pending

The claim has been successfully submitted and is now waiting to be processed. Your claim will not be approved until after you have:

  • received your goods, or
  • enjoyed the service,  or
  • completed  payment and other order process.

Please allow up to 60 days for your claim to be processed.

Approved

The claim has been approved by partner.

Approved - Amount Corrected

The claim has been approved with an adjusted claim amount. Sometimes, the cost of postage and handling charges might have been accidentally included in the total claim amount. Also any portion of the purchase amount paid using a cash coupon must be excluded. For this reason, an adjustment has been made to the claim amount according to the partner's report.

Approved - Exceptionally Approved

The claim has been approved exceptionally by Redeem Point Club. Even upon investigation, we have not been able to verify your claim details with the Reward Partner. On this occasion however, we are happy to make an exception and have approved your claim at our own expense.

To ensure your claim is approved quickly in the future, please be sure to follow the correct online shopping procedures..

Rejected - Order Cancelled

The claim has been rejected because the partner's report has indicated that your purchase has been cancelled. All cancelled orders or bookings are not eligible for points.

If you have since repurchased the item, please submit your claim again with the updated order details. The new order details are most likely different to your original order.

Rejected – Cannot be found on partner’s record

The claim has been rejected because the information provided in the claim was either incomplete or incorrect. Our partner cannot find the order record based on your submitted data. You need to recheck your transaction details and  can then resubmit the claim with the correct details.
