Under China
Friend/Relative Linkage program, Redeem Point Club will provide bonus point
to encourage the members to help their friends who reside in Mainland
China collect the goods on their behalf. The China
member can grant the points allocated by Redeem Point Club to the
authorised member who has collected the goods in our Hong Kong Store.
Wherever the China member (order member) has paid an online order, the platform will generate a copy of the voucher in the membership account of his/her authorized member whose name was specified by the order member during the ordering process.
The authorized member is required to sign on the voucher upon collection of goods at Hong Kong store on behalf of the China member in order to gain reward point.
After goods collection, the platform will allocated the associated reward points for the Order Member to grant to the authorized member.
