How to Redeem?
Member can make use of P Points or E Points to redeem the gifts or cash coupon displaced in the Gift Gallery. Points plus cash option is provided for most of gift items.
Member's identity will be verified against the membership details entered during membership registration prior to the redemption using the points.
Member can also buy E Points in order to gain more points for redemption.
What is the point deduction principle?
Our platform will deduct E Points with the least expiry period until all the E Points are used up. Then, the platform starts to deduct the other E Points or P Points with the least expiry period, deducting E Points first and then P Points.
What is redemption discount ?
Member can redeem hundreds of variety of gifts, cash coupons and our products with Redeem Points at most favorable discounted prices, down to 50% below.
What is the monetary value of Redeem Point?
There will be expiry date for all Redeem Points. Each Redeem Point shall have validity of at least one year, but not more than two years. For example, if member gets reward points in 2015, then the expiry date of such reward points shall be 31st Dec 2016.
For P Points and E Points with expiry date before 31/12/2016, each 100 units of P Points or E Points shall be equivalent to one Redeem Dollar which worth HK$1 for redemption of gift and cash coupons. However, in respect of the donation, the Redeem Point Club will make individual arrangement on the monetary value of P Points with each organization for the settlement of cash payment in exchange for the P Point donation.
The monetary value for P Point and E Point will be reviewed annually at the discretion of Redeem point Club
What is cash out program?
Cash Out program is offered to those China members who can obtain quick real cash. Upon request, we will have the funds deposited directly into member's bank account via electronic transfer or other appropriate method.
